We request information from the user on our enquiry form. Here a user must provide contact details and other information. If we have trouble processing an order, this information is used to contact the user.

The information sent via the Internet is not secure. This data can be accessed by unauthorized third parties, potentially leading to disclosures, changes in content or technical failure. Processing of data

Cookies

www.benelux.ae may use cookies to identify users and to map usage patterns so that we can improve our service. Cookies are pieces of information that are stored by a user’s browser on his or her computer’s hard drive. Cookies enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience of our site.

Hyperlink coding

www.benelux.ae may also use hyperlink coding to add an identification number to the URL in a browser’s address bar. This is a random number assigned to a user on each visit to the site. The number simply tracks the usage pattern for that particular visit, and will not be used again. URL is the abbreviation of Uniform Resource Locator, the global address of documents and other recourses on the World Wide Web.

Log files

We may use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movements, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. An IP address is a 32-binary digit number that identifies each sender or receiver of information. Those addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Data security

Within Benelux your personal data will be transmitted and stored in a protected environment (e.g. firewalls). We undertake to take all reasonable steps in order not to allow your personal data to be viewed by any third party other than those which have been engaged by Benelux to provide specific services for which the user has signed up for. These engaged third parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services. We will only disclose your data to other third parties if compelled to do so for legal or regulatory purposes.

Notification of changes

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on the website without prior notification. We therefore invite you to consult this policy from time to time to familiarize yourself with any changes.
